Pasta with bean

  • Parmesan "anolini"
  • Beet tortelli
  • Tomatoes with Parmigiano-reggiano
  • Turkey cutlets with ham

    mushrooms,Celery Salad

  • Ingredients for 6 people:
    • 450 grs. fresh beans
    • 450 grs. knurled "sedanini"
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • olive oil - celery - persil - tomato - salt - pepper - rosemary
    Preparation
    1. Boil the beans in salted water with the celery, galic, chopped tomato and a twig of rosemary.
    2. As water reduces a little add three spoonfulls of olive oil.
    3. As beans are nearly ready boil the pasta underdone in a separate pan, strain it and add the beans.
    4. Let it boil some minutes then serve.
